A heartfelt introduction to who I am, how I serve, and the healing space I hope to create
Hi there, my name is Devin. I am truly glad you are here. I know that reaching out for support can take courage, especially when life has felt heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. My work comes from a deep belief that the hard things we experience do not have to be the end of our story. We may carry pain, regret, anxiety, depression, trauma, or seasons where hope feels far away, but healing is still possible. My heart for this work is to help people feel less alone as they begin finding their way back to peace, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
For the past several years, I have had the privilege of sitting with people in some of their most vulnerable moments. I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the quiet battles that are not always easy to explain. Trauma is one of my areas of specialty, and I approach that work gently, with patience and respect for each person’s pace. I want the people I work with to feel seen, heard, and safe enough to begin exploring the parts of themselves that have been hurt, hidden, or waiting to heal.

The services I offer are shaped by several therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. While these approaches guide the work, I believe therapy should never feel like a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we will move in a way that honors your needs, your story, and your goals. Whether you are hoping to manage anxious thoughts, process painful memories, understand your emotions, or reconnect with what matters most to you, we will work together step by step.

In our first session, my hope is to simply begin getting to know you. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been carrying, and what you would like life to feel like moving forward. We will also discuss what you can expect from our time together and begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you. Therapy is not always easy, and healing can take time, but you do not have to walk through it by yourself. I will do my best to meet you with compassion, honesty, and care as we work toward rebuilding confidence, restoring hope, and helping you continue forward on your path toward redemption and wellbeing.
